After reaching a compromise on religious liberty language over the weekend, the marriage equality bill passed both houses of the state legislature today and now goes to Governor John Lynch for his signature. The state Senate passed the bill this morning 14-10 and the state House just now 198-176.
With the Governor’s signature, New Hampshire will be the sixth state to grant same-sex couples equality under the law through civil marriage.

Go New Hampshire! T. I believe we will eventually see every state buckle to the truth, "Their prejudice cannot stand in the way of civil rights forever. As a young girl I worked at an underage disco called Mildred's Palace in downtown Portland Oregon. I was the DJ most nights but also worked the front door. My best friend Julie Lynn Smith were behind a desk probably 8 feet from glass front doors of the building. Around 11pm a pick up truck swung up in front of the Pythian Building, a shot went off and the front door shattered into a million pieces. We could hear them screaming faggots as they drove away. Stop the prejudice. Equal rights for all!
